Acceptance
By creating a TeXBoard account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TeXBoard.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts on the free plan are provided as-is.
Acceptable use
Do not use TeXBoard to upload or share content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' boards. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create on your boards. By using the service you grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate TeXBoard for you and the collaborators you invite.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep TeXBoard available and reliable, but the service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. We recommend exporting important boards as PDFs for backup.
